How it works
1. Book a drop-off
Send the form on this page. We'll call you to confirm a time.
2. Bring it to a warehouse
Hand the item over at the warehouse you picked, with its accessories and box if you have them.
3. Our experts inspect & grade it
We check it, give it grade A, B or C and agree the price and fee with you.
4. We list it as a verified Store ad
Your item goes up with its inspection details. Your name and number are never shown.
5. We handle calls, payment & delivery
The Store team answers buyers, takes the payment and arranges pickup or delivery.
6. You get paid
When the sale is complete, we pay you the sale price minus the agreed fee.

We can't take
- Anything on our prohibited items list
- Stolen, counterfeit or illegal goods
- Vehicles and property – post a normal ad for those
- Food, medicine, plants or animals
We may decline an item at inspection. If we do, we'll tell you why and return it to you.

How much does it cost?
Our team confirms the fee with you before your item is listed. Nothing is listed until you agree to it.
When do I get paid?
After the buyer has paid and received the item. Payout timing is set out in the Store Terms.
What if my item doesn't sell?
We'll contact you to agree a new price or arrange for you to collect it. The Store Terms explain how long we keep items.
What if my item doesn't pass inspection?
We'll explain why and return it to you.
Do I need an account?
No. Anyone can book a drop-off. If you're signed in, we fill in your name for you.
Will buyers see my details?
No. Store ads never show your name or phone number. Buyers deal only with LokuPodi.
